Our financial aid coordinators help students identify loans, grants and scholarships for which the students may qualify, allowing them to focus on finishing school and finding careers.

Scholarships for high school students
High school students have multiple opportunities to reduce their educational costs at GU/MSB-Plymouth.
- President’s Scholarship for Graduating Seniors. If you have a GPA of 2.0 or higher, you may be eligible for this scholarship. Apply before January 1st to be eligible for the $2,000 award; apply before April 1st to be eligible for the $1,000 award.
- High School Advantage. The High School Advantage scholarship is an excellent opportunity to get head start on college and reduce tuition. If you have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and enroll in one of our Bachelor of Science or Associate in Applied Science programs, you may be eligible to take up to four courses free (one course per quarter).
- Director’s Scholarship. If you enroll in an MSB program, you may take the Career Profile Assessment test (CPAt), offered six times throughout the year. Depending on your CPAt score, you may be eligible to receive up to $5,000.
- Dream Act Scholarship. Are you an undocumented immigrant who has graduated from a Minnesota high school? You may be eligible for this scholarship, which funds 50% of your total program cost.
- Military Service Scholarship. If you are a military service member, or a family member of a service member, you may be eligible for this scholarship. The amount of the award will depend on which program you choose.
