Hands-on training in two massage programs
Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB)-Plymouth offers two programs in massage therapy:
- Associate in Applied Science in Massage Therapy. The two-year associate program gives students training in various massage techniques, including an advanced technique course in craniosacral and lymph drainage therapies. Globe University/Minnesota School of Business is one of the few massage therapy schools in the Twin Cities area that offers these complex techniques.
- Massage Therapy Diploma. A full-time student can complete this short program in four quarters. Students do not take general education courses, but focus exclusively on learning the main massage techniques.
Both programs include hands-on training in swedish massage, pregnancy and special populations techniques, myofascial release, trigger point/deep tissue, hot stone and spa techniques and sports massage.
